Spoke with the man this morning, assuring all is well. As suspected we had a ****** in the woodpile wanting to sell, and they are doing just that. obviously they havent been reading agoracom...AAT or following the news!

Meetings are scheduled starting today with a select group of brokers and a few details are being worked on. I see no bottomside from here. I am surprised it has traded here again though.

There is more very positive news in the pipe. Sooner or later this one cannot be overlooked at this ridiculously low pricing.
