ATI AIRTEST TECHNOLOGIES INC. CLOSES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

ATI AirTest Technologies Inc. has closed its non-brokered private placement financing, for gross proceeds of $259,000. The placement was oversubscribed by $9,000. The company will issue 12.95 million units at a price of two cents per unit to 29 placees. Each unit consists of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, entitling the holder to acquire one common share for one year at an exercise price of 10 cents. The shares and any shares acquired upon exercise of the warrants are subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issue.
