There was an interesting news report on the BC CTV news last night. One hospital in Vancouver is experimenting with a hand sanitizer that attaches to the nurses belt/clothing with a monitor on it. When the nurse goes to a patients bed, the monitor senses that the nurse is there and a alarm goes off, reminding the nurse that she should sanitize her hands before touching the patient in order to eliminate germs from other patients she may have touched before.
