That does make sense since they can't carry whatever they want. it has to be approved by head office as well. Maybe ALDA needs to get the approved stamp from head Office before individual stores can order the product.
A while ago on another board someone said they saw it in a shoppers in BC. maybe head Office is testing the market ?
