President, CEO & Director
Mr. England has been involved in the public markets since 1983, beginning with CM Oliver & Co., and Richardson Greenshields, later working for RBC Dominion Securities. Since 1995 Mr. England has been involved directly with public companies serving various roles including investor relations, CFG, Directorships and Presidencies. In addition to Alix Resources, he is currently the President & CEO of GEO Minerals and a Director of several additional mining exploration companies.
Mr. David Hedderly-Smith, Ph.D.

Since leaving Alaska's government in 1984, he has worked throughout Alaska and the Western United States as a consultant to major and junior mining and energy companies. Alaskan native corporations, and governmental entities on base and precious metal, uranium, coal, tar sands and water projects.
David Lajack, B.S.
Director
Mr. Lajack is a founding member and president of Royal Pretoria Gold Ltd., a private exploration company, incorporated in Alaska in August 2000. He has worked as a consultant in the industry and has co-authored papaers on geology and geochemistry. He is also a director of Andover.
John Oness

Mr. Oness has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate management with strengths in strategic planning, business development and investor relations for public companies.
Mr. Pierre Vella-Zarb

Mr. Vella-Zarb is president of Falcon Corp., a corporate finance advisory services company which he founded in 1993. Falcon provides strategic advice on financings, and mergers and acquisitions to both private and public companies, and assists private companies through the process of becoming publicly traded, locating business targets, and negotiating and documenting transactions.

Alix Resources Corp. is pleased to welcome Greg Amor, CA, as the company’s new chief financial officer. Mr. Amor brings to the company his substantial experience with junior exploration companies, gained while acting in senior executive positions with a number of TSX Venture Exchange-listed companies. The company will grant 100,000 options exercisable at 10 cents for a period of five years to Mr. Amor.
