Bob, I thought the same thing on UBS - a Nova shareholder selling. Despite the UBS dump, the tight trading range since early April is interesting. 7 weeks of trading, over 20 M shares all traded in the 0.35 - 0.40$ range. Every morning, about 500 K shares on the bid and 500 K shares on the ask between 0.35 - 0.40, like clock work. While there might be some penny flippers buying just above support and selling just below resistance (typical), I would believe that there is some siginificant accumulation going on in anticipation of the financing news.
