Focusing on the Dallol Potash Project in Ethiopia
My guess---this pre announcement will be substantial. Time is money and AAA has exhausted all the wiggle time necessary to get all it's ducks in order BY this time. They have no more time to waste. Construction is eminent to meet their production date- 1st/2/ Q/ 17. I think they will vote on the construction firm to build and all the other preliminary construction pre-stage measures that the engineers have been working on since September. I also think that there are a number of financing options available to them and they might be voting on the best way to bring both Mop AND SOP FORWARD with one/two/ or three financial options available. I also think ICL is ready to pounce on AAA with an offer because or their recent financial flexibility, 600mill, rasied wk or two ago. They already have another 600 million for the fert, processing plant they intend to build. My guess is that many insiders know some of the speculative details of the financing and that accounts for the 800 + vol yesterday and the aggressive hit on the stock today. AAA has said financing would be put together by the end of this month and I believe it's done except for the vote. I also do not discount a more broad interest by several other potash companies, some or all of which may take a shot at part or full ownership. There is nothing I can see that is negative here -- only an accretive advantage to any company who may own all or part of AAA. I ALSO THINK THAT SANTA WILL BRING SHINNY GIFES THIS YEAR AND NEXT TO ALL WHO OWN AAA--GLTA
