If I recall, we have a shareholders rights plan in place and ICL has first dibs on any takeover attempt. So if ICL has prepared an offer, could we be voting on that?

I would be voting NO. I didn't wait this long to be taken out for chump change. I say open the doors to a worthy offer. I can wait.
