AGX Management:

We - the shareholders - understand (as it is absolutely and fundamentally documented) that Richard Hughes has been a constant 'seller' of his stocks - particularly gcr as an insider.

We also understand that Richard Hughes 'buys back' and re-invests in his companies on a regular basis.

Hoever -- what are you going to do about addressing my questions (which have been persistent) about AGX and the 1 for 3 offered by Richard Hughes and Management two years ago and repeated again and agian since that time?
