On April 24, I also asked (and I quote).....

On March 19 it was announced that "the Company will meet the minimum listing requirements of the Exchange, which will enable it to complete the spinoff of its wholly owned subsidiary, Diamondcorp Resources Inc."

Any ideas / details of when this will be occurring?

The reply was:

Thank you for your inquiry. Amador will be closing a large section of its most recent financing this week. The remaining part of the financing is set for completion in the near future, and the Diamondcrop Resources Inc. spinoff will follow thereafter.

Financing has long since been completed.
