There could be shortages in the near future considering the fact that most REE's aren't economic to mine and demand for these minerals is up (even in a down market).

RES is a great pick as well one on my watchlist for sure.

As for Arise well we just began producing in Germany and that seems to be the focus of our attention for a few years.

Lastly as for oil, there seems to be a correlation with green stocks and the price of oil. They both move up (and down) together. And even though the carbon emission tax, Kyoto and so many other policies were put in place it seems nearly impossible to break this relationship. Which makes me wonder if we are floating on speculative investors or market fundamentals. This would be a great argument to try to figure out as I am sure there are arguments we can bring forward from both side of the boards
