I think, and I am not very good at it, that there is someone who is playing the odds and is betting that the next results are not good and the SP is going to .07 or lower. I have to admit that it is a good bet as most results from the ROF have been dismal. I wish them luck as long as they don't start bashing ,it a fair game.
