50% FDN sold and the rest spun into a separate company

0% that all of ARU will be sold in its entirety

50 % that ARU will develop the property itself

I still would rather have the FDN sold off myself but I think that as the resource grows it will become too expensive for all but a few buyers...these buyers will want to do JV's first and I don't feel that ARU management wants any controlling partners ...thus they are begining to lean towards developing the project themselves

Since nothing will probably happen on the acquisition side until mid 2008 when the new Ecuadorian law is formulated....I think ARU will have advanced the drilling so much that the resource will become a reserve and will also grow in size. Any new hits at Papaya or others will be a plus...

In a couple of months the new underground tunnel (addit) will be OK'd and development of the FDN project will be underway...
