Just so everyone knows...

my options re. violations are very limited:

1) ignore

2) warn

3) ban for life totally from agoracom and ALL agoracom BB's

there is no option of 1 week ban to cool off and reflect or ban from this BB only...

I have approached agoracom for the same but no reply yet

also, why should we need it

either you get it or you don't

Do we want a 'rose coloured' positive rah rah back patting board?

No. But neither do we want the distractions of one on one jabbing back and forth that never ends.

So, I reiterate, I'm not going to babysit....

I think maybe it's difficult moving from a board like Outhouse to this. A big change, and a positive one. So let's suck it up, and make my job a little easier, because the only option I have that gets your attention is option #3.
