We know ARU does not have the resources to mine their deposit on their own. You can't borrow money with the optics of the new 70% tax.

So what are the options

1. Go into a JV with a major.

2. Have a major make a bid for ARU.

No major will get involved until they receive favourable clarification on the 70% issue. Wasn't it in Cuba that Castro squeezed out a US firm & a cheeky CDN firm called Sherritt moved in on the mining properties?

Let's hope Correa has no sinister plan for FDN but wants to move forward with a viable mining industry.
