It's tough to move 1.2million shares on a stock that takes normally two days to do that total volume. Obviously a VERY motivated seller. My guess is that he had a real time feed to the Cuban story and thought he could beat the news with the fire-sale. Who knows, maybe he caught wind of a fill in the SLW deal after the bell. Any way you slice it, they wanted out, and they wanted out that minute. Hopefully history proves it a bad move.
