Complete speculation but.....

Could it be that a 3rd party (relative, worker etc), holding for a mining Co could be selling shares back to the company to legitamise them ready for an aggressive move by the mining Co.

If that's the case would the mining Co be declaring an interest tomorrow?

Probably nonsense.. just a thought.
