I agree with OPTRADER.

While it isnt good to keep all your eggs in one investment basket, the timing leaves something to be desired. It shows that he is not completely confident in the outcome.

If he needed some cash, he could have preannounced several months ago that he would make a sale in the first quarter or some other way to make shareholders feel comfortable.

The timing is poor from an optics stand point, even if the intentions are honorable.

I dont like it
