I doubt he is looking elsewhere

He's spent so much time ironing out the politics, why leave now

I stick with my prediction of an FDN buyout and spinoff of balance of land and cash

I also stick with my prediction of a minimal royalty 3-5%

The majors cannot afford to let FDN be developed by ARU. And at $1000 an oz they have plenty of room to pay well to get it.

The balance of land will be explored by PA and the boys. When you work this hard at making the politics friendly, you might as well stick around and enjoy the fruits of your labours.
