I believe the successful buyer of FDN should have a right to match the highest bidder on any future find, thus allowing the find to get it's full value according to the bidding process, and if the FDN1 owner wishes to pay that price, then he can have it.

That forces other companies to make the winning bid for FDN2 to be high enough to discourage the FDN1 owner from paying it. If it's close enough to the existing processing plant etc, then their are built in savings to the FDN1 owner.

This being said, ARU is in a win/win situation for any future finds.
