The translation was I believe a "resource" which can be almost anything.

Since they are only working on the mining laws now, I see no reason to believe that the oil and gas WT would be part of it.

I will stick with statements out of the government that were not reported secound hand. Like those where Correa say's that they would have a tax system simular to Chile and Argentina. Which do not have WT on mining.

What type of hat do you wear so I know when you tip it to me if I am once again proven right.
