I would take a 1 for 1 and call it a good deal all around.

ARU has the gold and really does not need anyone other than the Ecuadorian gov. go ahead.

Contractors can be brought in to do everthing. Why sell out cheap to another company who is just going to have to hire contractors to do the job also.
