The company whose shareholders were better than its management
A question
How did it develop Keith ends up with close to 15 mill shs. & Pat has a measly amount in comparison?
A speculation-why Keith resigned.
Pat, the CEO, & Keith being the largest shareholder had a disagreement as to ARU direction. Keith felt it would be the wrong approach at this time, to go forward as if they planned to become a full fledged mining company-hiring professional miners, & making plans to finance the project. Keith's idea was to sit tight without dilution & stock options for the new employees at least until ARU had a signed agreement with the GOVT. In effect waiting for takeover bid.
