I suspect that was the first tranche of Keiths shares hitting the market this morning.  Not the best time for adding, kind of like pissing in the wind.  Regardless of todays share price action, I still strongly believe that we're into the 9th inning and on the best political footing we've seen since November 2006 when Correa took over.  The market will figure this out and when it does, today's pain will make it all the sweeter.
