The company whose shareholders were better than its management
that's why I think an offer at 10$ is more plausible...
Keep everybody happy, avoid the poison pill...
I don't know how a poison pill really works... but is it management that has to invoke it or any shareholders?
I see 10$ because it's higher then what we've been in a while... so a lot of shareholders will still be making money... management won't be pissed off... and the deal will go throught...
If you ask 6 bucks then increase it, it means that not all shareholders will make money, based on Reuters institutionnal holders,
52.93% | # New Positions: | 18
# of Holders: | 55 | # Closed Positions: | 6
Total Shares Held: | 71,584,297 | # Increased Positions: | 24
3 Mo. Net Change: | 17,281,853 | # Reduced Positions: | 7
Price Range Quarter: | 9.30 - 9.36 | # Net Buyers: |
17 million shares where bought between 9,30 and 9,36... so you have to give a profit to these boys in order to make the deal go throught...
