Assembly President urges Minister to call for 'dumb' delegates from Galapagos.
A second letter sent by the president of the Constituent, Alberto Acosta, the official government, Marcela Agui?aga, further deepens the differences between them.

The chairman of the Assembly also clarifies that a Agui?aga Alfredo Ortiz (RED) and Eduardo Sanchez (PAIS), representing the constituent Archipelago, participated in the discussion and even raised changes to the mandate that prohibits mining, among other tenets, remove stone material protected areas.
