Assembly President urges Minister to call for 'dumb' delegates from Galapagos.
A second letter sent by the president of the Constituent, Alberto Acosta, the official government, Marcela Agui?aga, further deepens the differences between them.

The statements of the official criteria were given to dignitaries sectional Galapagos, who demanded changes because the ban will force the material for stone roads, for example, is brought from the mainland provinces.
Acosta said that the Minister should measure their words when it makes any criticism and endorsed the call to respond on the ministerial agreement that eliminated the category of national reserve to a protected area located in Loja.
