"The Canadian mining companies are coordinating efforts to ensure there is always a good pro-mining turnout at these events. Not sure if Correa will be there. Our understanding is that if the new mining law is voted in prior to the end of the 180 days there will be no further need for the mandate or suspension. That is the only mechanism that I am aware of for shortening it."
