I agree with most of what you say. At heart Acosta is an Educator not a politician. He probably feels more at home in an university environment than the political arena.

As head of the CA he was the wrong man for the position. What was required was a disciplinarian who could take firm control of such a disparate group and keep them focused and not dribble the time away on their own narrow minded agendas.
