I called DMM about this and the IR person said "No" they we on maintenance only. Though they only have 1 1/2 month's work till the first pour so they are locked and loaded waiting for the green light. I also asked about a coordinated Canadian company front and he said each to his own was the answer.

I asked the IR about others saying they were still working and he said because the President visited the DMM site on the dog and pony show, they were in operation longer for the visit so they could demonstrate the "safe" Canadian operation and I believe they are using it as the "model" if I recall correctly.
