To my knowledge, DMM has not stopped work, the stop work notice was not delivered to them, Correa visited them while they were still working, and nothing changed. They continue to build their mine yet apparently they will not move any rock ie Mining....so we have a difference in the law and how the law is enforced.

ARU played it cautiously, and rightly so in my opinion, since we didn't know the Ecuadorian governments true intentions, and why give them an excuse to take back FDN.

Re Corriente, they had been halted some time ago, but according to their VP, after the 'stop work mandate' they had still not decided whether or not to comply, or how many workers it would affect.
