Unsure if this has been posted so please bear with me if I am repeating someone else's thoughts.

With about 145M shares outstanding, Kinross needs about 96M 'YES' votes to reach the magic 66 2/3%.

Unsure if their 15M count in the 66 2/3% - maybe someone can provide an answer.

If we work with the old number we need around 50M 'NO' votes to cancel the deal.

How many shares are held by the likes of Sprott that could be the swing?

Or are we snookered from the outset?
