A $10 ALL CASH DEAL WOULD BE AN AUTOMATIC SUPERIOR OFFER!

And that is the unfortunate aspect of this con job. We are being swayed to accept a deep discount buyout (which is what $10 is to me) by this absolute atrocity by our crack management team. Anyone coming in with a slight premium would be welcomed by most as opposed to the current outright theft of our assets.
