I wouldn’t say that we’ve been “withholding” news (witness the metallurgy results). We will be releasing data as it comes in. Obviously I can’t give you any indication of timing.

If the company releases partial results, e.g., the first two

holes of a six hole program, it must ensure that the balance

of the results are disclosed in a timely manner whether

the results are positive or negative.

Care should be taken to provide consistent reporting

throughout the life of the exploration program.

Since a deal was made with Kinross all the information that was provided to Kinross should also be provided to stockholders so that they can make a smart analytical judgment as to whether to tender their shares or not. That is all that I am looking for. To read some of the comments that are circulating about "the fairness" of the Kinross offer is enough to make one ill.

I'm sure this is a trying time for you and it will get more hectic soon. This offer of .3 share of Kinross does not excite me...and the .14?? warrant is of no use to me...in five years I will probably be dead. I will be looking for a white knight..but I also want to be realistic....I still feel the best gold deposit in over 10 years is worth more than .3 of a share of Kinross ( about $ 6 today).....
