MY GAWD!!! IT DID GET WORSE!!!

I'm having a Coronary re the word "Assist".

Does this mean we're prevented from setting up a "Viewing Room" to enable Prospective Bidders to go through Drill Results, Maps, etc. The necessities that were available to Kinross but won't be available for examination by another Bidder to enable the new prospect to make an intelligent informed Bid prior to committing over a Billion dollars?

If so, IMO we're toast! If this is how I read it and I've just read it twice whereas it's going to take another dozen times, IMO we're not EVER going to see the rest of the Drill Results.
