Got a reply from Marla and she said that she confirmed with her legal counsel that Kinross will be able to tender the 15 Million Shares towards their own offer.....

She also said that more drill results will be coming...

her reply...

"Jim, we'll get results out ASAP. The feeling on the drill results previously was they were not material during the period of the Mandate. We do have some assay results and were waiting on others. You're right though, all the cards need to be on the table for folks to be able to make decisions.

Not sure about being able to upgrade the resource. We are assessing that. Unfortunately we had to suspend drilling prior to finishing all the planned holes for the upgrade. We have to see if we have enough data."
