Agree with you 100% !! Every day you can catch supposed expert analysts on TV &/or print & they explain how a certain stock is trading at 30% to 60% below net asset value & should be bot for potential capital gain. What's wrong with that! That's capitalism!

Now if there is something illegal such as under the table payments or other unlawful acts then maybe you have a case. When you add the fact the asset is in Ecuador rather than Canada your odds go to zero.

Britnick can you give us an example of a class action based on an above the board law suit?

I think non-acceptance by major shareholders is our way to the vault. Let's continue to try & get their take on this mess.
