Agree totally with Buck

Correa has a fight on his hands for the passing of the constitution.

He's doing all the right things and slowly he will rise to win the vote

No doubt

But bringing the mining law into the mix before the vote is just one large irritant that he doesn't need

Why kick the sleeping Acosta/NGO's

Concentrate on getting your powers, then release the law shortly thereafter

Plus, it looks good on Correa...people vote for his constitution and shortly thereafter things start happening, mining jobs, support jobs, whatever else he has up his sleeve
