I believe the lawsuit had to do with something like the warrants could have been extended if ARU was moved to the TSX

and the litigants are saying that Patrick didn't try hard enough to get it moved to the TSX early enough

if he had moved to the TSX earlier then they would have extended the warrants and cashed them in

a lot of ifs and buts

who knows if they would win or not, my thought is no way in hell
