Then it would be much more time effiecient for Safe, to perhaps contact Barron again, and ask on behalf of this board whether Barron has enter a soft lock-up and perhaps what the conditions are.

Time is of the essence in getting a reply at this moment afterall.

Safe, I would be greatly in your debt if you could contact Keith again and ask this question of him. I beleive it is very important.

Afterall, he supposedly has tendered his shares and thus is not in our camp anymore. Thus I do not see any reason not to inconvenience him by asking this question of him.
