Well it appears to me that a fair number of posters on this site, do not beleive a word Burt say's.

Well since I am very detailed oriented, 3rd of what? The devil is in the details as they always say.

Validly depositing shares is also not the same as tendering as for as my understanding goes.

I think myself and the board would appreciate it if you could use your personal contact with Barron, one last time and confirm that he has tendered his shares to this deal in a hard lock-up.

Afterall, why takes someone elses word for it when you can go to the source directly.

It would be much appreciated.
