At this point in time I own ARU & will see this saga to the end.

I know at some point in the future I will be forced to exchange for K, be it above or below the 90% tender offer. I then must decide to hold or sell K.

IMO if you deal in securities perhaps the most important factor to consider is management. K has demonstrated superior ability in this area. Secondly, I feel bullish about the price of gold & that there will be continuing weakness in the US $. I don't think I'll have a tough time making my decision. As ebear previously stated "what's wrong with having a Plan B".

IMO everyone in my position & also those interested in K would benefit from a K website on Agoracom. I couldn't care less about motives for starting same. From my selfish position that person would have my complete support.
