1. Safeharbour has not said he is leaving this board. If he needs to take a few days because of whatever reason thats his choice. We need to remember that if not for him and a few others this board would not exist.

2. Emotions are running high for obvious reasons but for the most part individuals on this board have kept it together and even in the past few days there have been some great, well reasoned posts.

3. Legal action for all the reasons mentioned is a very distinct possibility. Thanks to go4growth and britnick for leading this charge. PM Britnick if you want to see what's going on.

4. FDN and the further potential blue sky is not going away even if this trades as Kinross. We may not see upside the same way we would if aru traded on its own but huge upside is still available and the bonus is we get some competent management to make it happen sooner than later.

5. It appears Correa will win the constitution vote on Sept.28....good news.

6. The 180 mining mandate is done around Oct.15....miners go back....good news. Around this time the mining law will be final as well.

7. The possibility exists for K to be taken out.

8. The financial crisis is hell but in short order should be positive for gold and remember nothing lasts forever. It will be resolved.

And finally there is a phrase that says.....

"AND THIS TOO SHALL PASS"
