The Filing for 17Sept08 2,789,278 I'm surmising is the BOD Options having been Excercised.
The figure K says was submitted by 15Sept being 12,376,001 Plus the above Options 2,789,278 equals the figure reported in NR 16Sept08 of 15,165,279 shs. This figure INCLUDED the BOD Options.
Total 15Sept08 Kinross says is 89.7%: 123,689,460 shs (doesn't include their 15MM PP)
Agoracom says (see Hub Controls\Edit Co Profile) o/s 165,135,164 Fully Diluted.
Even taking 15MM PP from this figure which I don't know for sure if u would, how do u get 89.7%?
Pls someone explain where I'm wrong. How many shs o/s would Kinross be basing their calculation on. Sorry for being so thick. I don't know how to check the o/s Sedar figure. Maybe that's where the discrepancy is.
