K needs about 500,000 shs to get over 90%.

K allowed ARU directors to convert ARU options to K options so they come off the total as well as the 15 mill PP.

123.7 mill. shs. is 89.7% of 137.9 shs.

138.7 mill. shs. is 90.7% of 152.9 shs.

So if they got additional 500,000 shs.

wud be 124.2 shs. or 90.07%
