The stench from the K management team is just slightly less offensive than that emitting from the ARU insiders.

who's to say that the ethically and morally challenged management team at K won't sell out the "reluctant" shareholders just as what happened with ARU. It only takes a few million well priced options to do the trick and they have the "how to" manual on pulling it off.
