i don't know much about legal matters, but those in our forum who know better have said over and over that we will get the warrants no matter what. we will get at least as much as those who tendered, and that is good enough for me.

i am holding my shares, and they are not dead money, because they will trade in line with kinross, and will continue to move in the direction of gold, which i believe will be upward.

it's not the first time people have tried to muddy the waters here, so i wouldn't give any credence to any vague scenario about how we could lose out on this deal. so you have nothing to lose, possibly something to gain, and your aru shares trade like a proxy on kinross shares and warrants while you wait. again, that's enough reason for me to hold onto my aru shares.
