I definately plan on becoming a dessenting shareholder.

For those posters asking for information on dessenting shareholders right.

I suggest you Google it and learn the real facts, rather than listen to all the nonsense posted on this site by the usual suspects in regards to this or any subject for that matter in my opinion hahahahahaha.

Since a certain poster continues to antagonize me, I am just going to have to say this now. I guess he has never heard the expression, let a sleeping Gorila lay hahahahahaha.

If we are delisted then that is fine by me.

In that case I will be expecting a private offer for my shares after I refuse to tender and become a dissenting shareholder and that is where the real take over and offers will happen in my opinon.

As the saying goes, out of sight, out of mind hahahahahahaha.

This saying is especially true in my opinion, if you are afraid of ex shareholders who may feel they have been had and decide to start a class action against you hahahahahahahaha.

To that poster who would compare me to the Black Night, think again, you only wish.
