Notie Girl: could you clarify what this 20 day time limit is about? I thought there was a 20 day period after we received a mail-out notice from Kinross, within which those wanting to dissent must file.

A 20 day time limit ending on Oct 8th started before the expiry of the last offer extension. Could that be?

I have been proceeding on the assumption I would file a dissent, hopefully in concert with others. But this seems to be at cross-purposes with what other posters have said. I hate to sound negative, but there appears to be a lack of leadership and clarity surrounding the Forum's approach to the dissent option.

Or maybe I'm letting myself get bogged down in details.
