I posted this info on the K board the other day. The OSC called me back (can you believe it) and said the notice was posted on the 8th on SEDAR, I cannot find it though, and we have 20 days to do nothing and get K shares or register as dissenting within the 20 days. So the 28-30th is the approximate date. TDW had no information and Kinross claimed they initated it over a week ago hence my call to the OSC for information. Snakes are exactly the right phrase. We have not received our papers either in Toronto. I have contacted a lawyer about the disenting and it is a risk/reward scenario. You "may" receive more per share but your money will be tied up till trial. If you have lots of shares then the risk/reward is nice else just tender and move on. I am in the Fearless camp believing in more worth to our shares but also have enough of the legal system over the years. We are undecided and favour tendering as there are some very nice stock choices available with this market crash. K is nice but we need to release the cash as do many I would believe. Tax selling season is soon and it is time to go shopping.
